We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform water restoration, structural drying, mold remediation, or construction services directly. When you call our line, you are connected with an independent local restoration contractor who serves your area. All estimates, pricing, warranties, and repairs are solely between you and the responding contractor. Please verify your contractor's active Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license and insurance before work begins.
Notice: Iron Group Restorations is an independent referral directory and phone connection service. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or operated by any third-party restoration companies previously associated with similar trade names outside Maryland.
Iron Group Restorations does not provide emergency plumbing, water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, or home improvement contracting services directly. We act solely as a telephone routing and referral connection service between consumers and third-party independent restoration contractors.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
The contractors connected through our service are independent businesses and not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Iron Group Restorations. We do not control, supervise, or direct the means, methods, or details of the services provided by any responding contractor.
Any agreements, work authorizations, invoices, warranties, or financial arrangements are strictly and solely between you and the responding contractor. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor introduced through our service.
4. Consumer Verification Responsibility
Property owners are strongly advised to independently verify that any contractor hired holds appropriate licensure and insurance in Maryland. In the State of Maryland, home improvement and structural repair contractors must maintain an active license with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC). You may verify licensing status online at the Maryland Department of Labor official portal.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
This website, its educational content, and our referral service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
